Iron Eagle is the ultimate test of strength and endurance for college students! Compete in the classic powerlifting trio—squat, bench press, and deadlift—to showcase your power and push your limits. Whether you're a seasoned lifter or new to the platform, this event is open to all skill levels. Challenge yourself, cheer on your peers, and see if you have what it takes to be crowned the Iron Eagle!

Eagle on Weights Cassell Fitness Center Assessment Room
Eagle on Weights is a three-day introduction to weightlifting designed for college students looking to build confidence in the gym. This hands-on program covers fundamental techniques, proper form, and essential strength training principles to help you lift safely and effectively. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, our expert instructors will guide you through key exercises, workout structure, and injury prevention, setting you up for long-term success in your fitness journey.
